FS: Select grade Belgian coticule bout 12 sq. inches

This is a select grade coticule bout. It measures 12 sq. inches. I recently bought an 8"x3" coticule, so no longer have need of this one.

The razor in the photos below is not included (obviously), but it gives a good idea as to the size.

This is a really nice final polisher, and a super hone for touching up your razor. It is freshly lapped and ready to go to work.

I'd like $70 shipped North America (which is what I paid, unlapped). Coticule is getting harder to find, these currently retail for $135 US at The Perfect Edge and $115 CDN at Fendrihan.

I love coticules. IMO, it's the ideal razor hone.

I agree, totally. This was my first hone and I've tried many other kinds of hones, but always came back to the coticules. I finally decided to plunge in and buy an 8x3. Coticules don't easily over hone and they leave the edge really smooth. The only thing that goes one better that I've tried is a Nakayama Kiita. I love that hone. It improves on the coticule edge. But, of course, they're quite pricey.

I'll take it. Just what I was looking for as I got out my straights again this week and always wanted a coticule. Do you happen to have an extra slurry stone? No problem if you don't as I'll get one on SRP.
