I use IP's in all my razors. Of course, blades are highly YMMV -- you sort of need to try several for yourself before you know what works best for you.

A big +1 on IPs--there my favorite! However I do use Feathers in my slant and Chatsworth YMMV :001_tt1::ohmy::biggrin:

I just have Derbys. I did like the Red IP's and will probably get some of them next.

IP's as well as the Dorco ST301

The Dorco is a mild blade, which pairs well with an aggressive razor.. YMMV!

This maybe due to I don't like shaving with a Slant.

My first shave with a Gold Slant was using the Indian 7 O'Clock Permasharp Green label blade. Got 6 WOW smooth BBS shaves.

Israeli Reds...all I shave with anymore. I'm not a big fan of sampling blades...because that can often result in a bad shave for me. Once I've found a couple of blades that work, I'll stick to em.

I can only do feathers if they are corked and I have a heavy beard; even then they are so sharp that I usually get a weeper or nick.

Hmmm...Lot of Feather lovers here. I think I'll have to try them and the Kai blades. Haven't tried them yet.

That being said, I'm having fun shaving with a straight so may not try them in a while.
