There's a slight chemical smell to this daily moisturizer, even though the manufacturer claims it contains "100% naturally sourced sunscreens" and that the product is unscented. The product moisturizes well enough, but a slight chalky & heavy feeling remains on the skin when I apply over a shaving balm (I called Neutrogena and the CS agent confirmed that applying over a shaving balm is appropriate). A bit extra time is needed to apply the lotion because it blocks the sun physically and, therefore, is prone to just sitting on the skin without absorbing, causing white patches or spots on the face (e.g., where the lotion has not absorbed well). Provides UVA & UVB protection. It is "ideal for sensitive skin" as Neutrogena claims.
