Back in those days, the lather was all right and I didn’t really have an issue… Maybe I was also too new to see them. I ended up with no sticks in the end as SWMBO used them all. She really liked the product. I think I only got 2 or 3 shaves out of them. Shave Sticks were also fairly new to me.

This is not the product that I remember at all. I currently don’t have a lather that stays while I shave. The lather breaks down after 3 minutes of face lathering. The lather will leave a protective film behind that will be enough to protect you. The issue is, it’s a shave stick, it’s supposed to make lather. If the lather lasts 3 minutes, it’s a fail in my books. Just like a shave soap made with Olive oil, there’s something that isn’t right here. I emailed the company to get more information on the ingredient list but they are silent.



Bottom line, yes you can shave with the product, it works. Beware that the lather doesn’t stay for very long and becomes “invisible”. If you’re happy with that, it’s fine. Myself, very disappointed.
