This is my perfect shaving cream. Lubes the face enough but not too much. No irritation. And the price, when purchased in Europe, is very reasonable. Main drawback is in the USA I have only found online and the price is excessive.

Very sharp first shave. Second shave it tugged and cut too much. Pretty much a one-time use blade for me. Not worth the high price.

For the smell alone, Clubman is so worth it. Takes you back to the old days. Funny, now with fewer and fewer people having experienced Clubman, you do not get the reaction of "...you smell like my drill sergeant back in Korea." The aroma is rather bold, sure. But its of a timeless positive quality.

The amazing aroma combined with the excellent healing effects on the face makes this the ultimate aftershave for me. Only down side is that the smell disappears rather quickly.

The aroma is just way too strong of clove. Completely dominated by clove. So much so, that its almost like pulling off a joke wearing it. If you want to smell like a kitchen at Christmas, this is the stuff.

I find this to make a good slick lather, however I uberlather with proraso cream and several drops of glycerin and this combo makes an incredible lather. I go for BBS everytime, and this delivers with ZERO irritation.

Honestly I may be too much of a noob to be reviewing anything given the extremely shallow depth of my experience, however I got this soap and I was really impressed. First it lathered up nice and very fast, no sting going on my face. The scent is awesome to me, but it might be a bit over the top or just wrong for others. What really impressed me with this was the shave I got. Very smooth, slippery, and really let me enjoy my shave. I had to stop myself from doing a 4th pass for fear or ruining the experience with irritation and blood.

Going from an Omega 80005 to this Kent bk4 and WOW what a difference in lather amount and quality (same routine) using creams. It is a very soft on the face brush and although I though the handle would be hard to use (I thought I would have trouble with the pinch grip end) it actually fits well and is very sturdy to hold, even when wet. No hairs falling out yet, but I've only used it once. As for size, it fits my face pretty well, even when splayed out.
Gripes: it is a very floppy brush, it's like a hamsters hair, when wet, it sags, but after a shake or too to dry off, it puffs back. If you are looking for your brush to give you a bit of a face scrub, look else where as the tips are cotton soft. And although the packaging/box is nice... it adds to the cost of the product, and once I take my brush out of the box, the box goes to the side anyways. On the subject of cost.... I know looking at the world of brushes $80 isn't extreme.... but step back for a sec... $80 for a small brush? It does it job well however and caresses my face.
Verdict: Its performance, handle and feel out weigh any cost concerns. A buy in my books.

I personally like the scent of this product, but I could see where others may not. it's scent is very unique. Speick applies well and produces a nice lather. I don't find it particularly moisturizing and I would like to see it packaged in a resealable plastic tube, like Lea or LaToja.
