Anyone have experience with pump knots? I got the Black Friday brush from Maggard last year and I really like it. It’s soft and splays easily. The bloom is massive. Can anyone recommend a knot of theirs that is soft but splays easily? Thank you

I have a Shavemac silvertip that is very soft and splays almost too easily.

I don't know if you are considering synthetics. If so, I bought a couple Mother Lode knots from Oumo. They splay easily and are extremely soft, softer than any other knot I've used. They won't win any backbone awards, though.
