I would like to donate 3 entry-level, twist to open de safety razors. However, I want the recipient to pay for postage, let's say, $7.50. Do I list this as a Giveway - PIF or as a BST?

IMHO, it can be a PIF if you don't make any money on the deal. So, you would charge the actual cost of shipping to the recipient. Sometimes that is done for those not in CONUS who are willing to cover shipping.
You’ll get more action as a PIF outside of the BST. You can do “free just pay postage”. Typically postage is covered by the PIF/Giveaway originator. But it’s not unheard of to ask for postage help.
