It could be a mistake on the part of a human, but AI is (also) generating a lot of garbage/low-quality videos on YT with robo-scripts, lame, and inaccurate video B-roll footage. Hard to say, because standards of quality in virtually field are dropping. From bad food, to crashing planes, poor contractors (with worse materials) and misspelled headlines on the news. Welcome to Our Future TM.

I've had several of those revolvers.

Back in the 1980's, I clearly remember a headline about an FBI Most Wanted having been arrested. Luckily, nobody was hurt but he was caught with a "semi-automatic revolver" on the seat of his car.
