Hiding laces

Chaps,

I picked up these Grant Caps last week. Absolutely feel in love with them. Trouble is, I fell in love with the look of them like this


If I then go and tie a bow in the laces, they loose their sparkle.

So, I can wear them without a bow, by just tucking the laces back into the shoe, but then as the day goes on they move around and get uncomfortable as the aglet gets into awkward places.
So is there an answer to how to keep that shop dressed look?

you tie the knot inside the shoe, which could cause a little discomfort but may be worth worth it.

I've done a similar lacing in post #3 but at the top I tie them normally then tuck the knot & bow under behind the lacing. Gets the same look but you can quickly untie them.
