Gillette slim uneven gap

Hello, people of B&B!
At the start of this month i won an auction for a Gillette Slim and finally arrive, but i after i cleaned it and was preparing to shave with it i just noticed the gap being uneven.

At first I thought it was just some gunk blocking the the t bar but after i did a double cleaning, one on a vinegar bath 1:4 ration and another the next day with dish soap the problem still persists with non sign of improvement. Any idea on what to do? At this point a teardown seems like the only option but i would like to avoid since I don’t think i have the tools.

If you do tear down, let pro do it. I would use ToothPast and Super Soft Tooth Brush to cleanRazor all parts visible, rinse ins cool or warm water until water is clear, then air dry, and lube with Mineral or Olive Oil, paying to shave gods it is all better.

I have the same issue on a slim that I got on the bay. I did find some threads here on B&B on how to adjust the gap on them. I have not done so yet but I was planning to. Here are the links.

I’ve done this successfully. It wasn’t difficult in my case. Just go slow and make small adjustments, checking as you go.
