Considering a new brush (currently have the Semogue Texugo)

Hi,
I've currently got one of the Semogue Texugo brushes from vintage scent. It's a great brush and I like everything about it, except its size. It's 22mm in size and 50mm in loft. I like how soft it is, how dense it is, and how much backbone it has. I just want more of it. Any suggestions?

If you like a VERY firm backbone, you could also consider a custom D01 Two-Band from Shavemac.

Yeah, you could go with a D01 with a few mm higher loft than most people get. The hair is a bit stiffer and the knot is a lot denser than the texugo, but increasing the loft will downplay those. The SOC may be the best option though.

I believe a great alternative to the intense scrub/backbone of the Shavemac D01 might be a Thäter 2-band? Probably my next brush purchase
