Classic Gillette Value Update

Well guys and gals, the latest auctions/buy it now at the 'bay indicate that:

1. A bottom dial w/o a case is now worth $2500

2. A Red Dot in decent shape is apparently worth $500 (though I'm not sure just how the auction ended) There was a BIN for $500 listed, then OCRAZORMAN pulled the listing. I assume it sold for the BIN but wasn't recorded that way for some reason.

3. A Nickel Toggle is just over $900

4. An unused D-1 Toggle with case is just under $1,000

5. Lastly, a really nice Double Ring apparently warrants $768

This is all well and good, but my favorite auction the last two weeks is a Toggle hard case, w/o liner, going for $80. If it had the liner I could see it, but seriously?

Prices have gone mad.
