I got this from my better half as a birthday present a couple of weeks ago.
A great background, it was designed for the blind with input from an injured US Vet called Bradley Synder and I think it started as a kickstarter project.
You tell the time by the two ball bearings.

I've a few watches (I blame this sites influence!), but this one has generated more comments and questions than any.
The second picture is slightly to the side to show the two balls. So the time is 09.00
And it had some dust in there to blow out.
Only downside is that shirt cuffs can interfere with the outer (hour) ball when it's between the hours of 6 and 12. They are moved by magnets, so they will always line back up again.
