I don't think there's anything special to say about this razor: it's just a solidly built, heavy, DE razor, great for starters. Not adjustable, neither short nor long; the 25c is its long-handled cousin. It is almost indistinguishable from the 12c, but has a distinctive cross-hatched handle, whereas the 12c has a spiral "barber-pole" handle. I doubt your fingers can tell the difference . . .
