Mastro Livi Grifetto 60: Italian Shave!​

This has been the first time I shaved with this new Grifetto 60 razor - of course, not the first time I shave with a Mastro Livi Grifetto straight razor - and I must admit the beautiful scales for this celebrative razor make even more special using such a great razor. I also used my newest Mastro Livi Medium Loom Strop "Coramella Italiana" (Italian strop) being the second element of my Mastro Livi shaving set. So far, I have the brush and loom strop only, but I am planning to have a matching razor as soon as I can.​

Finally the wait is over. Last year I tried a 1912, then a 1914, I thought how could anything be better than these? I had almost put myself off "needing" to get one! I was hooked on SE.
I actually laughed after the first stroke tonight - yes, it was that good!
I took it really carefully, knowing it's on the aggressive side but the result speaks for itself. Simply the easiest shave I've had this side of a Tech and Feather combo, even easier than the 1912. All the better considering the GEM's can be a little much on the first run out, no such worries here though!
